If Your Body Isn’t Responding, This Is Where We Identify Why

You’re doing the right things - but your weight, energy, or hormones still aren’t where they should be.

This is where we look at your case properly and identify what’s actually driving your symptoms.

WHAT THE RENEW YOU ASSESSMENT IS

This is a structured clinical initial assessment where I review your full case to identify the underlying drivers of your symptoms.

Most women I work with have already tried multiple approaches - often doing the right things - without consistent results.

This is where we move beyond guesswork.

WHAT WE DO

During your assessment, we will:

– Review your full health history and symptom patterns
– Analyse your existing blood work (or determine what testing is needed)
– Identify key physiological drivers contributing to your symptoms
– Map out a structured plan covering nutrition, supplementation, and next steps

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

After this session, you will have:

– Clarity on what is happening in your body
– A structured, personalised plan
– Clear next steps to begin addressing your symptoms

If your symptoms have been ongoing, and your body isn’t responding despite doing the right things, this is not something that typically resolves without proper investigation.

This is where that process begins.

Case Study

Janine had been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s years earlier.

She was placed on medication - but never quite felt like herself again.

Her weight wasn’t shifting.

Her energy was flat.

And despite doing everything “right,” nothing was improving.

At her last GP visit, her symptoms were dismissed as menopause, and no further thyroid or autoimmune markers were investigated.

When I reviewed her blood work, it was clear her thyroid was still under-functioning.

She also had a methylation issue affecting how she processed B vitamins which explained why previous B12 supplementation had caused anxiety rather than improvement.

We’re now investigating her thyroid properly and addressing the underlying drivers.

For the first time, she has clarity on what’s actually happening - and a plan that targets it directly

Who This Is For

- Women 30+ who feel like something isn’t right - but haven’t been given clear answers.

- Women on GLP-1 medications who aren't seeing the results they expected — and want to understand why.

- You’re not “sick enough” to be taken seriously - but not well enough to feel like yourself.

- You’ve tried to manage it - but nothing has resolved it properly.

If you’re looking for a quick fix or a supplement recommendation, this isn’t the right fit.

If you’re ready to understand what’s actually going on and take a structured, clinical approach for a full health and body transformation - this is the right place to start.

The Investment

$497

This is a clinical consultation, not a discovery call.

Your case is reviewed in detail, and you leave with a clear plan and next steps.

The assessment fee is credited in full toward the Renew You Clinical Protocol if you proceed.

Once your assessment is booked, I’ll guide you on the most appropriate testing pathway for your case.

Preparing For Your Assessment

Functional nutrition assessment requires good data. Before or during your session, you can choose one of three pathways for your bloodwork.

1. You have existing results (under six weeks old)

Bring them. I'll work from what you have. Functional interpretation of standard pathology is often where the most useful information lives — not because new tests are unnecessary, but because most labs have never been read the way I read them.

2.You want comprehensive private testing

iScreen private testing is available at $375. I send you the pathology script directly — no GP appointment needed, straight to the lab. Results come to me first, and I review them ahead of your session so I arrive prepared. This panel goes deeper than what most GPs routinely order. If you go on to invest in the Renew You Protocol, the $375 is credited toward your program cost.

3. You'd prefer a GP referral

I can provide you with a specific list of markers to take to your GP. However, GPs assess requests at their discretion — if they don't see a direct correlation with your symptoms, they may decline some markers. If anything is flagged, a follow-up appointment may be required to release results, which can add time and cost depending on your clinic. This option works well if you have a supportive GP. I'll work with whatever comes back.

Whichever pathway you choose, I move forward with the information available and I build from there.
