You've done the blood tests. Maybe more than once. Your GP reviewed them, said the numbers were fine, and sent you on your way. But you're still exhausted. Still struggling with your weight, your sleep, your hormones, your gut. Still trying to hold everything together while your body quietly works against you.
"Normal" is not the same as optimal. And optimal is what I'm after.
A 75 minute clinical consultation with Pip Reed, Clinical Functional Nutritionist, designed to do what a standard GP appointment can't: look at your health through a functional lens, interpret your results against optimal ranges (not just population averages), and build a clear picture of what is actually driving your symptoms.
You leave with a written report and a treatment plan outline. Not vague suggestions. A clinical starting point based on your specific data.
This is not a wellness chat. It is a structured clinical assessment.
Bring them. I'll work from what you have. Functional interpretation of standard pathology is often where the most useful information lives — not because new tests are unnecessary, but because most labs have never been read the way I read them.
iScreen private testing is available at $375. I send you the pathology script directly — no GP appointment needed, straight to the lab. Results come to me first, and I review them ahead of your session so I arrive prepared. This panel goes deeper than what most GPs routinely order. If you go on to invest in the Renew You Protocol, the $375 is credited toward your program cost.
I can provide you with a specific list of markers to take to your GP. However, GPs assess requests at their discretion — if they don't see a direct correlation with your symptoms, they may decline some markers. If anything is flagged, a follow-up appointment may be required to release results, which can add time and cost depending on your clinic. This option works well if you have a supportive GP. I'll work with whatever comes back.
Whichever pathway you choose, I move forward with the information available and I build from there.
Janine knew something was off. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto's 7 years ago during a stressful life stage, given medication and sent on her way. But she still felt off. Flat. Weight wasn't shifting despite doing everything "right." Her last trip to the doctor didn't even check her autoimmune or thyroid markers — just sent her on her way again, citing menopause as an excuse.
Looking at her bloods, I saw a still under-functioning thyroid and a methylation problem with her B vitamins. She told me she was once given B12 and it sent her spiralling with anxiety — which is because she was never given the correct type of B12. I am now deep diving into her thyroid with the correct tests and looking at the results from a functional perspective.
The relief in her being seen and heard was palpable. She now finally feels supported with a plan that actually targets the issues.
A written clinical report summarising your functional assessment findings, and a treatment plan outline that maps the priorities. This is a document you can use, reference, and build on, not a form letter.
Your $497 assessment fee is credited in full toward the Renew You Protocol ($10,000), should you choose to continue.
Women 30 and older who are experiencing symptoms that haven't been adequately explained or addressed. Women who are not sick enough to be taken seriously by the medical system but are not well enough to feel like themselves. Women who are ready for a clinical process, not a generic wellness programme.
If you're looking for a quick fix or a supplement recommendation, this isn't the right fit.
If you're ready to understand what's actually going on and work with someone who will take your symptoms seriously, this is the right starting point.
